Eligibility for Junior Clerk, Junior Typist and Stenographer
For Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist, Junior Typist and Stenographer Grade-III posts, the basic educational and language requirements are common, with additional skill requirements for Typist and Stenographer.
- Candidate must be a citizen of India.
- Candidate must have passed at least +3 examination or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- Candidate must have passed Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.
- Candidate must be able to speak, read and write Odia and must have passed an Odia test equivalent to M.E. standard.
- For Junior Typist, the candidate must have typing speed of 40 words per minute in English through computer.
- For Stenographer Grade-III, the candidate must have shorthand speed of 80 words per minute and typing speed of 40 words per minute in English through computer.
- Government servants must apply through proper channel and produce a No Objection Certificate.
Eligibility for Driver
The Driver post has separate eligibility conditions. Candidates should not apply for the Driver post unless they meet the education, licence and experience requirements.

Exam Pattern and Syllabus Highlights
