Post-wise Vacancy and Monthly Pay

The recruitment includes nursing, paramedical, medical, accounts, administrative and support posts. The pay is a fixed monthly honorarium as per the post.

Eligibility and Educational Qualification

Eligibility is post-specific. Candidates should apply only for posts where they meet the required qualification, registration and experience conditions.

Age Limit

The age limit is calculated as on 1 January 2026. The minimum age is 18 years. The maximum age mentioned in the notification is 70 years for medical posts and 64 years for managerial posts.

Category-based age relaxation and reservation benefits are subject to Chhattisgarh government rules and production of valid supporting certificates. Candidates should use the same date of birth as recorded in their 10th certificate or other accepted age proof.

Application Fee

The application fee has to be paid through the QR code/payment details provided in the official notification. Candidates must enter the correct transaction ID in the online form.

Candidates should keep the payment receipt safely because it may be required during document verification. If the fee is not paid correctly or the transaction details are not entered properly, the application may be treated as incomplete.

How to Apply Online

Applications are accepted through the official online portal only. Candidates should read the notification and keep scanned documents ready before starting the form.

2. Register using a valid mobile number.
3. Use the registration number and password received on the mobile number to log in.
4. Fill in personal details, post details, qualification details, registration details and experience details carefully.
5. Pay the applicable fee using the QR code/payment method mentioned in the notification.
6. Enter the correct transaction ID in the online application.
7. Upload the required certificates and documents in the prescribed manner.
8. After final submission, take a printout of the application, sign it and upload the self-signed copy as instructed.
9. Keep the final submitted application and payment proof for future document verification.

Selection Process

The selection process starts with scrutiny of online applications and documents. The district authority will publish eligible and ineligible candidate lists, notices and further instructions on the official district website.

• Applications and uploaded documents will be checked first.
• Shortlisted candidates may be called for written test, computer-based test or clinical skill-based test depending on the post.
• For posts with 1 to 10 vacancies, candidates may be called up to 10 times the number of vacancies.
• For posts with 11 to 50 vacancies, candidates may be called up to 5 times the number of vacancies.
• For posts with more than 50 vacancies, candidates may be called up to 3 times the number of vacancies.
• Candidates must secure at least 30% marks, or 6 out of 20, in the written/skill test to remain eligible for appointment.
• The final merit list is prepared using educational qualification marks, experience marks and test marks as applicable to the post.

Candidates should upload and carry the relevant original documents and self-attested copies whenever asked for verification.

Contract Period and Important Instructions

The posts are contractual and temporary under NHM rules. The contract period is mentioned up to 31 March 2027, with possible extension based on performance appraisal and administrative requirement. The contract may also end if regular recruitment is made for the post.
