The RRB NTPC UG Final Cut Off Marks 2025-26 are being checked by candidates who appeared for the Undergraduate recruitment under CEN 06/2024. The latest regional RRB notices publish cut off marks with the result or DV shortlist PDF, so candidates should use their own applied RRB website as the final source instead of comparing only with a third-party table.

CEN 06/2024 covers Non-Technical Popular Categories at the 12th level, including Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Junior Clerk cum Typist and Trains Clerk. The official notification lists 3,445 undergraduate vacancies and states the minimum educational qualification as 12th (+2 Stage) or equivalent.

The current cut off update should be read as a shortlist for further recruitment stages, not as an appointment list. For the published Category 1 and Category 4 notices, candidates shortlisted on the basis of CBT-2 marks are called for Document Verification and Medical Examination, while final allotment depends on merit, post preference, medical fitness, applicable skill-test status and available vacancies at the time of panel preparation.

RRB NTPC UG Final Cut Off 2025-26 Latest Update

Railway Recruitment Boards have published the NTPC Undergraduate CEN 06/2024 cut off and result updates through regional RRB websites. The official RRB Ahmedabad update dated 26 May 2026 specifically refers to the cut off of candidates shortlisted for Category 1 and Category 4 on the basis of the 2nd Stage Computer Based Test for Document Verification and Medical Examination.

Candidates should understand the wording carefully. This update is a DV and medical shortlist for the relevant post categories, not a final appointment order. Appointment or final panel placement is completed only after all required checks, medical fitness and document verification are cleared.

How to Download RRB NTPC UG Cut Off PDF

  1. Open the official website of the RRB you selected while applying for CEN 06/2024.
  2. Go to the Results, CEN 06/2024, Latest Updates or Notice section.
  3. Find the link mentioning NTPC Undergraduate, CEN 06/2024, Cut off, Result, CBT-II, DV or Medical Examination.
  4. Open the cut off PDF and result PDF separately if both are provided.
  5. Check the post category number, railway zone, reservation category and cut off marks.
  6. Save the PDF and keep checking the same RRB website for DV call letter, schedule and document upload instructions.

Do not use another RRB’s cut off to judge your selection because vacancies, railway zones and category distribution differ from one RRB to another.

What Category 1 and Category 4 Mean in CEN 06/2024

In the CEN 06/2024 undergraduate notification, the main post categories are mapped by category number. Category 1 refers to Commercial cum Ticket Clerk and Category 4 refers to Trains Clerk. These two posts do not require the typing skill test stage.

Accounts Clerk cum Typist and Junior Clerk cum Typist are typing-related posts. Their selection process includes the Computer Based Typing Skill Test wherever applicable, so candidates for those posts should check separate RRB updates for CBTST or typing-related result notices.

How the Final Cut Off Marks Are Used

The cut off marks represent the minimum marks up to which candidates have been shortlisted for the relevant stage in a specific RRB, railway zone, post category and reservation category. For the latest Cat 1 and Cat 4 DV shortlists, the official RRB notice states that shortlisting has been done on the basis of marks out of 100 in CBT-2.

A candidate scoring above the cut off does not automatically get appointment. The roll number must appear in the result or shortlist PDF, and the candidate must complete Document Verification, Medical Examination and all other conditions mentioned in the CEN and e-call letter.

Next Step After RRB NTPC UG Cut Off

Candidates shortlisted in the result PDF will be called for Document Verification and Medical Examination. The DV date, reporting time and venue are generally communicated through the regional RRB website, SMS, email or the DV e-call letter.

  • Download the DV e-call letter when the link is activated.
  • Upload required scanned documents if the DV portal is opened by the RRB.
  • Carry original certificates and two sets of self-attested photocopies in A4 size.
  • Attend the medical examination as directed after DV.
  • Keep checking only official RRB websites for schedule changes.

Documents Usually Needed for DV

The exact document list must be checked from the DV e-call letter and CEN 06/2024 instructions. In general, shortlisted candidates should keep the following ready before the DV schedule begins.

  • 10th certificate or date of birth proof.
  • 12th (+2 Stage) or equivalent qualification certificate and marksheet.
  • Photo identity proof used during the application or examination process.
  • Category certificate for SC, ST, OBC-NCL, EWS, PwBD or Ex-servicemen claims, wherever applicable.
  • Recent passport-size photographs.
  • Application printout, scorecard, e-call letter and any declaration or proforma required by the RRB.

Medical Examination and Fee Details

After Document Verification, shortlisted candidates are sent for medical examination at nominated railway hospitals or health units as directed by the RRB. The RRB Ahmedabad result notice states that candidates have to pay the prescribed medical examination fee of Rs 24 only, while rare additional investigations may require payment to the concerned laboratory or hospital if the facility is not available in the railway hospital.

Candidates should plan for DV and medical formalities for more than one day because some notices advise candidates to come prepared for three to four days depending on the DV and medical schedule.
