Selection Process

• Original referral or permission letter from college authorities on college letterhead
• Police verification certificate
• Undertaking for adherence to the Indian Official Secrets Act, 1923
• Undertaking to comply with IT rules and regulations applicable to the Ministry of Defence
• Bank details for stipend transfer
• Physical fitness certificate from an authorised medical practitioner holding at least MBBS degree
• Original Aadhaar card
• Original college ID card
• Original previous semester mark sheets for verification
• Three passport-size photographs

Important Terms and Conditions

• All expenses related to lodging, boarding, transportation, medical needs or personal expenditure must be borne by the student.
• DIBT will not reimburse or provide expenses for boarding, lodging or other personal costs.
• No TA or DA will be paid for joining, if selected.
• Incomplete or erroneous applications will be rejected.
• Applications received after the due date will be rejected.
• The Centre Head, DIBT may change vacancy positions or selection criteria at any stage without assigning any reason.
• The internship will be conducted offline at DIBT, Mysuru.
